Back in the high life...again.

It's odd. Sometimes you find inspiration in the smallest things. Unexpected things that make you smile or laugh or cry in moments so absurdly antithetical to those you expect to make a lasting impact on you that it makes them that much more meaningful. Hearing the rain splatter against a window pane. The way someone pronounces your name. A stimulating conversation. Feeling the sun on your face. A pretty girl's smile. Seeing a donkey get down on all fours and make mad animal love to a hot blonde girl in cowboy boots. Etc...etc...

Sometimes writing can be inspirational. Movies, books, television, lyrics - the arts. A solid piece of writing can cut to the core. I saw the premier episode of "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" and it was so outstanding, it connected so immediately, that I was inspired. To do what, you ask? Good question, the answer is I'm not sure. But to elicit that response with a few spoken words and a few yards of film shows the power of the written word.

It seems my online poker addiction has come to an end. Whether that questions the validity of using the word addiction is another matter entirely. I can't be bothered to log in these days. I don't have the time. After work these days all I want is a cold beer and a good TV show. And a hummer.

(The car. Get your mind out of the gutter).

Anyhow folks, that is all.

Ok, seriously though...consider it. or don't. just write more.
